Friday, December 4, 2009, CCAISD has cancelled all classes and activities. Additionally, athletic events scheduled for December 5 are currently in jeopardy of being cancelled. Please check with the coach for more information on the scheduling of these athletic contests.

Friday, December 4, 2009, CCAISD will delay school until noon. A determination on busses will be made by 11 :00 a. m. Additionally, athletic events scheduled for December 4 are currently in jeopardy of being cancelled. Athletic activities departing in the afternoon, a determination will be made 1 hour prior to departure. Please check with the coach for more information on the scheduling of these athletic contests.
For Monday, December 7, 2009, school is scheduled as normal.

For Friday, December 4, 2009, CCAISD Administration will monitor the latest weather developments, communicate with city, county, and state entities throughout the day, night, and early morning hours. A decision of delays, early dismissal, or closing of school for Friday, December 4, 2009, will be made by 6:00 a.m. CCAISD will communicate this information by internal calling tree, calling families, staffing CCAISD Offices at 7:00 a.m., notification of local Sherriff’s Department, and notifying the major El Paso news stations. Additionally, athletic events scheduled for December 4 are currently in jeopardy of being canceled. A determination for athletic activities departing in the morning will also be made at 6:00 a.m., Friday, December 4th. Athletic activities departing in the afternoon, a determination will be made 1 hour prior to departure. Please check with the coach for more information on the scheduling of these athletic contests.
