Dear Stakeholders:
DSHS will be conducting a town hall meeting in your county or an adjacent county to inform you and the citizens about the current H1N1 situation. The meetings are planned to last an hour to hour and a half.
Purpose of the Town Hall Meeting:
- Information on H1N1 & Seasonal Flu
- Preventing the Spread of H1N1 Flu
- Updates on the Current Flu Situation
Our staff will be available to answer questions. If we don’t have the information at the time of the meeting we will find out and provide the answer later.
We will be handing out information such as flyers, brochures and posters.
We want to stay connected to your community and hear from you as well……….
